Independent Review of EPA Hydraulic Fracturing Study Raises Significant Concerns

In an independent review released today, the Battelle Memorial Institute cited flaws in a hydraulic fracturing study currently underway at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and said these problems must be addressed if the agency is to produce a credible evaluation of the potential impacts of the process on drinking water supplies.
